I focus on helping people, especially women of color and entrepreneurs, with their financial and leadership goals.

Bio

I am the Founder and Principal of LunaLee Coaching LLC. I have over 25 years of experience leading people, programs, and projects at Wells Fargo Community Impact and Banking Inclusion divisions, the Metropolitan Council Central Corridor Light Rail Project, and the City of Saint Paul Department of Planning and Economic Development.

I immigrated to the United States with my family when I was two years old, leaving a refugee camp in Thailand where I was born. I graduated with a GED while working full-time at a nonprofit called YouthCARE, an organization which served at-risk youth. A few years later, I took a role at the City of Saint Paul’s first-time homebuyer and housing rehabilitation program. I worked my way up to management roles at the Metropolitan Council leading the public engagement team for the Central Corridor Project and then moved to Wells Fargo and became Vice President, Community Development for the Minnesota region a short time later.

I served as Vice Board Chair for the Coalition of Asian American Leaders, as Local Advisory Committee member for Twin Cities Local Advisory Support Corporation, and advisory board member for the Homeownership Opportunity Alliance. I care deeply about coaching and sharing my knowledge with others. My mission is help propel underserved individuals and entrepreneurs to their next level of success and achievement.

I am passionate about helping those not born into wealth become successful leaders in their personal, financial, professional and business lives.

My Approach

Coaching and Consulting

I believe in the power of combining coaching and consulting methods to get my clients from where they are to where they want to be. We’ll work together to determine what improvements you want to make in your financial life or business. We’ll use techniques to give you confidence to implement those changes.

With my years of program, project, and people management experience, I will advise and recommend ideas when appropriate. But our greatest tool will be me helping you generate your own remedies to solve problems and take yourself or your business to the next level.

Collaboration

I take a collaborative approach in my work to ensure results align with your needs. If your goal is to build your executive presence, we’ll work one-on-one to practice skills that make you a stronger communicator and leader. If you need a system to better manage your personal finance, I can show you what has worked for me and others.

As a business owner, if you have more technical concerns, I can bring in subject matter experts on issues such as merchandising, pricing, food safety and OSHA. My goal is to give you the guidance and toolkit you need to reach your goals.

Work closely with individuals and groups who want to learn skills and tools to better manage their personal finances: save, budget, grow/rebuild credit and be confident leaders with their money.
